With over 20 years of experience in three powerful martial arts (taekwondo, kali/eskrima, muay thai kickboxing), Master Catalasan has dedicated her life to teaching all those who want to learn. What she loves most about teaching is seeing lives changed, seeing life-long relationships built, and seeing that bling (medals) brought home! She strives to inspire and to be inspired.

Unlike other Masters, Master Catalasan is always looking for more innovative, more cutting edge training strategies that take her fighters to another level. With producing over 10 Junior National Champions and over 15 State Champions, Master Catalasan's fresh, modern way of teaching has proven to be successful and even more importantly... she knows how to keep it fun!

Ms. Kaneshiro is an inspiration to not only TIMA but our country. She is currently stationed in Kuwait where she is serving the United States of America with the US Army. The team is looking forward to her return and prays that she comes home safely. Pray for her too, would ya?

Mr. Garcia has been with Master Catalasan since she took over back in 2001 and has stuck around ever since. Mr. Garcia's knowledge of the art and sport of Taekwondo has made him one of the top Instructors at TIMA.
